Summary: Lovely hostess and wonderful home with essential dipping pool and plenty of space. No a/c so July/August can be warm but lots of fans available. All essentials are just a few blocks away and market right down the street 3x/week. Quiet beach town; good base for exploring Languedoc. Undisclosed was a request for a cash security deposit and need to clean the house before move out.
